65 land titles in NIA-UPRIIS, now secured by ARMO
Present during the turnover program were NIA Administrator Engr. Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen, Senior Deputy Administrator Engr. Robert C. Suguitan, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance Sector Robert Victor G. Seares, Jr., and ARMO Acting Division Manager Engr. Jerome R. Osias.
