Strategic Planning Seminar-Workshop conducted at UPRIIS.
NIA Regional, Department and Division/IMO Managers and Technical Staff of NIA CAR, Regions 1 and 2, UPRIIS, MRIIS, and DA Regional Officers attended the Strategic Planning Seminar-Workshop towards Greater Organization Effectiveness of NIA held at Farmers’ Training Center, UPRIIS Compound, Cabanatuan City, hosted by NIA UPRIIS on December 10-13, 2018.
This four-day workshop was aimed at strengthening the organizational effectiveness of NIA and creating plans towards NIA 2020-2030 or the National Irrigation Management Plan.
UPLB Foundation Institute headed by NEDA Consultant Dr. Eliseo Ponce facilitated the workshop, in collaboration with Dr. Arlene Inocencio of De La Salle University.
